Any non-furniture orders that are carried on our own fleet of vans throughout the South East and London are delivered free to our credit account customers. Non account holders may be subject to a carriage charge if the order falls below £50.00 ex. VAT.
Orders that are shipped via our third party logistics partner may be subject to a minimum order value of £50.00, ex. VAT for free delivery or subject to a carriage charge of £9.00 plus VAT.
All items of furniture are subject to a delivery charge of £35.00 plus VAT to all customers.
Please note we do not offer a standard delivery to the Scottish Isles, IOW, Channel Islands or Eire.
We are happy to arrange a collection of any item you are not happy with if you notify us within three working days of receipt, providing the item is in all its original packaging, undamaged and is re-saleable.
We will also collect and replace free of charge any item that is damaged upon arrival provided we are notified within three working days of receipt.
If any item becomes faulty during use we will follow the manufacturer’s warranty terms and procedures to arrange a repair or replacement.
Please note that any product returned to us that is found not to be re-saleable may be returned to you or we may reduce or cancel any credit due.
All returns must be requested via our sales office for them to action. No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement with our sales office and no credit will be issued. Please note our drivers are not authorised to collect any items without a collection note or prior permission from our sales office.
